Warehouse- Parts Department Associate

About the Position:

Reports to: Customer Care Supervisor
Schedule: 40 hours/week. 9AM-5PM M-F. Rotating Saturday are required from April-July 10AM-1PM (Hours may vary during peak month)
Status: Full time, hourly- Non-exempt
Salary Range: $20 per hour (benefits included)

The Parts Department helps show customers that we really care by quickly shipping out replacement parts that they need. This role gives you the unique opportunity to be a part of a growing department that requires both brains and bronze. You will be located at a mobile desk in the warehouse and must dress appropriate to the season. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with parts replacement inquiries via email, phone, website, and vendor portals
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customer for product installation inquiries and part requests.
  • Manually enter orders and process payments in our CRM system
  • Pulling and custom packaging orders
  • Processing and tracking shipping labels for orders.
  • Inventory management including periodic physical counts. You will also receive and confirm quantities of parts received from manufacturers
  • Labeling and storing new part additions
  • Restocking
  • Assistance in upkeep and continual improvement and organization of parts department
  • Role will be cross trained in customer care department to assist as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. We are passionate about customer service and strive to provide all of our customers with a welcoming and enthusiastic environment at every touch point of our business.
  • Adequate computer and software skills.

Preferred, Non-Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • 1-2 year warehouse experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
